Hatha yoga is more preferred in today's time. It is the most practiced form today. If we think in general or any one thinks in general of doing yoga then Hatha yoga is the one that strikes many minds.

Yoga - a way to make life healthier and free from every hiccup. Your mind and body become more active after doing yoga. A hard day's work makes life dull and sulky but yoga rejuvenates life and makes it pleasurable and healthier.
